What does the Bible say about standing firm in Christ?

Scripture encourages believers to stand firm in their faith, especially amid trials and tribulations. In 1 Peter 4:1, we see the exhortation to 'arm yourselves likewise with the same mind' as Christ, who suffered for us. This standing firm is emphasized throughout the New Testament, where believers are reminded to rely on God's strength rather than their own.
