What does the Bible say about the difference between religion and the Gospel?

In Galatians, Paul highlights a critical distinction between religious observance and the Gospel of grace. He warns that many can appear zealous in religious practices yet remain lost. The works of the law cannot save, as they only lead to bondage, while the grace of God offers true liberation. As Christians, we must remember that genuine faith is recognized in our reliance on God's unconditional grace rather than on our compliance with religious rules.
