What does the Bible say about the method of grace?

Answered in 1 source

The method of grace refers to God's sovereign work in renewing a carnal heart and transforming it into a new creation in Christ.

The method of grace is God's sovereign plan where He takes the old stony heart out of a man and replaces it with a new heart filled with grace and love. This transformation is not initiated by man but by God, who, through the preaching of the gospel, opens hearts to receive and believe in Christ. As described in Acts 8:26-39, the Ethiopian eunuch shows us a vivid example of this method when he encounters Philip and is led to faith in Christ through the preaching of the Word. Conversion is a work of God that changes a lifestyle dominated by self to one where Christ reigns, highlighting the gracious hand of the Holy Spirit in our lives.
