What does the Bible say about the river of Shiloah?

Answered in 1 source

The river of Shiloah symbolizes God's gentle word and worship, which brings peace to His people.

In Isaiah, the river of Shiloah represents the gentle and peaceful worship of God. This river is a picture of the spiritual sustenance God provides through obedience to His commandments and His law. When the people of Judah forsook God and turned to wicked rulers, they rejected the gentle flow of God's grace and invited trouble upon themselves, as signified by the coming of the fierce king of Assyria.
