What does the Bible say about the significance of small things in God's work?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible teaches that no endeavor for God's glory, no matter how small, is insignificant.

In Zechariah 4:10, it is stated, 'For who hath despised the day of small things?' This passage reminds us that even seemingly small tasks or efforts in God’s kingdom are of great importance. From the rebuilding of the temple to the Gospel itself, God often uses small beginnings to accomplish His grand purposes. Our perception may view these acts as minor, yet God esteems them as highly significant in the context of His sovereign plan for salvation and His church.
