What does the Bible say about the tabernacle veil?

Answered in 1 source

The veil of the tabernacle symbolizes Jesus Christ as the only way to the Father.

In the Old Testament, the tabernacle veil separated the holy place from the most holy place, where God's presence dwelt. This veil represents Jesus Christ, who serves as our mediator and the only way to the Father. As noted in John 10:1, He is the door through which we must enter to find access to God; there is no other avenue by which we can approach Him. Thus, the veil points us toward the necessity of Christ’s sacrificial atonement for our sins, which ultimately opens the way into the presence of God for believers.
