What does the Bible say about trials and storms in life?

In Mark 4, we see that the storms faced by the disciples are symbolic of the trials we experience in life. They are not random; rather, they are ordained by God, meant to refine us and prepare us for greater challenges ahead. These trials are often tailor-made, fitting us perfectly at the right moment, just as a good cook measures ingredients.
