What does the Bible say about trouble during difficult times?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible acknowledges that trouble is a fundamental part of life, especially for believers, as seen in 2 Kings 19.

The Bible repeatedly asserts that trouble is an inherent part of the human experience, especially for the faithful. In 2 Kings 19, Hezekiah, despite being a blessed king and a man of faith, faced serious trials. The Scriptures reflect that 'man that is born of woman is of few days and full of trouble' (Job 14:1). Christ Himself forewarned His followers in John 16:33 that in this world, they will experience tribulation, yet He encourages them with the promise of His victory over these troubles.
