What does the Bible say about trusting Jesus as the only Savior?

According to Matthew 11:1-5, Jesus demonstrates His identity as the only Savior through the miracles He performed, which fulfill Old Testament prophecies indicating that He is the Messiah. These miracles, such as giving sight to the blind and raising the dead, illustrate His divine authority and power to save. John the Baptist, despite being the greatest among those born of women, even questioned if Jesus was the Messiah while sitting in prison, which shows that doubt can affect even the strongest believers.
