What does the Bible say about where Jesus is?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible teaches that Jesus is on His throne ruling and reigning in heaven.

According to Scripture, Jesus is seated at the right hand of God, ruling and reigning over all creation. Hebrews 1:3 states, 'When he had by himself purged our sins, he sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.' This signifies the completion of His redemptive work and His authority over all things. He is not just a distant deity but actively involved in the lives of believers, as seen in Romans 8:34 where it says, 'It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.' Thus, His position speaks to His divine authority and intimate relational work with those whom He saves.
