Psalm 121 teaches that our help comes from the Lord, the Creator of heaven and earth.

Psalm 121 explicitly states, 'I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth' (Psalm 121:1-2). This verse reassures us that our ultimate source of help and support comes from God alone. In moments of fear, sorrow, or need, looking to the Lord is essential for spiritual strength and comfort. He is always watching over His people and is an ever-present help in times of trouble.
