What does the Bible say about why men do not come to Christ?

Answered in 2 sources

The Bible teaches that men do not come to Christ because they are spiritually blind and dead, unable to see their need for Him or His sufficiency.

According to the Scriptures, specifically 2 Corinthians 4:3-4, men do not come to Christ because they are blinded by the god of this world, preventing them from seeing the light of the glorious gospel. Furthermore, Romans 5:12 states that through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, depicting how spiritual death and blindness affects every human. Consequently, they lack the desire for God's life and presence, being spiritually dead in their trespasses and sins (Ephesians 2:1). This blindness and deadness lead to a rejection of Christ, as they do not understand their need for Him or appreciate His beauty and grace.
