What does the Bible teach about the relationship between faith and glory?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible teaches that faith leads us to glorify God for His work on our behalf through Christ.

In John 12:39-41, we see that true belief is linked to glorification of God. Only those who believe can truly honor Him, as they recognize and appreciate the work of Christ in their lives. Faith opens our eyes to understand God's glory, leading us to respond with worship and gratitude. Additionally, in Revelation 16:9, the failure to give God glory amidst His works illustrates the natural human inclination to rebel without faith. Thus, true faith in Christ results in a profound acknowledgment of God's glory and a desire to honor Him accordingly.
