What does the middle bar represent in relation to Christ?

Answered in 1 source

The middle bar symbolizes Christ residing within believers, securing them in their faith and union with Him.

The middle bar of the tabernacle represents Christ in us, as it runs from end to end of the structure, indicating His total involvement in our lives. Colossians 1:27 speaks of Christ in you, the hope of glory, illustrating the transformative relationship believers have with Christ. Just as the middle bar connects and stabilizes the walls, Christ’s presence within believers provides strength and assurance. His abiding presence penetrates to the very core of our being, ensuring that we are not only externally linked with His work but also internally secure in our identity as His children.
