What hope do we have as Christians?

Answered in 1 source

Our hope as Christians is found entirely in Christ, who offers salvation and eternal life.

According to Scripture, particularly in Psalm 39:7, our hope and expectation should be placed solely in the Lord. David’s acknowledgment that his hope is in God emphasizes the futility of trusting in worldly possessions or achievements. As Christians, our hope is rooted not in our works but in the grace extended to us through Christ's sacrifice. Romans 8:24-25 tells us that we are saved by hope, reiterating that we look forward to the fulfillment of God's promises, including eternal life and the completion of our sanctification in Him.
