What is God's will of redemption?

Answered in 1 source

God's will of redemption is the divine plan through which He saves sinners, revealed in the person and work of Jesus Christ.

God's will of redemption encompasses His sovereign plan to save humanity through Jesus Christ, who fulfills His promises and propitiates for our sins. Hebrews 10 explains that Christ came to do God's will, thus fulfilling the redemptive purpose established from eternity. The essential elements of this will include God’s choice of sinners for salvation, Christ’s sacrificial atonement, and the power of the Holy Spirit in applying salvation to the hearts of the elect. It is through understanding this will that believers comprehend the depth of God's grace and the means by which they can be reconciled to Him.
