What is the connection between sanctification and grace?

Answered in 1 source

Sanctification is a manifestation of God's grace in the life of the believer.

Sanctification intimately connects with grace, as highlighted in Acts 26:18, where believers are turned from darkness to light through God’s intervention. Grace initiates our call, shifts our nature, and transforms us into saints. The process of being made holy is not achieved through human effort but is a direct result of God's grace and will, which grants us the ability to fulfill His commands through the Holy Spirit. Therefore, grace is both the foundation and the continuance of our sanctification.
