What is the hope of salvation for believers?

Answered in 1 source

The hope of salvation for believers is the assurance of eternal life and the promise of being made like Christ.

Believers find a living hope rooted in the work of Christ and the promises of God. This hope encompasses the assurance of eternal life and the future transformation into the likeness of Christ, as noted in 1 John 3:2-3. We have a hope that is alive and vibrant, an expectation of being fully redeemed — spirit, soul, and body. This is further reflected in Romans 8:24-25, where Paul speaks of hope that is patient and endures through trials. Our hope is anchored in the God of hope, who empowers us to live with confidence and anticipation for what is to come.
