What is the source of Christian hope?

Answered in 1 source

The source of Christian hope is found in Jesus Christ and His faithful promises.

Christian hope is fundamentally rooted in the person and work of Jesus Christ. It is through Him that we access the hopes declared in Scripture, such as the hope of eternal life that God promised before the ages began (Titus 1:2). This hope is built upon the assurance that we are upheld by God’s faithfulness, which is traced throughout the Bible. Additionally, as He says, 'I will never leave you nor forsake you' (Hebrews 13:5), indicating that our hope is not dependent on our performance, but on His unchanging grace and commitment to us. Therefore, our hope is vibrant and alive, secured by faith in Christ's finished work.
