What is the work of the Lord that Christians are called to do?

The work of the Lord encompasses every effort made to share the gospel and promote the truth of God's Word. As stated in Matthew 28:19-20, we are commanded to make disciples, teaching them to observe all Christ has commanded. This vital work includes preaching, teaching, and even supporting those involved in ministry.
