What motivates Christians to preach the gospel?

Answered in 3 sources

Christians are motivated to preach the gospel by God’s glory, love for others, and the urgency of salvation.

Several motivations drive Christians to preach the gospel. Firstly, the glory of God compels us, as we are called to do all things for His honor. Additionally, the love of Christ constrains us, transforming our lives and urging us to share this good news. The urgency of salvation is another critical factor; knowing the eternal consequences for those without Christ spurs us on to evangelize. Christians recognize that their labor in preaching is not in vain, as it has eternal significance both for themselves and those to whom they minister.
