What pleases God in terms of His will and grace?

Answered in 1 source

God is pleased with the obedience and the faith demonstrated through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Isaiah 53:10 points out that it pleased the Lord to bruise His Son, indicating that God's will centered on the suffering and sacrifice of Jesus was a fulfillment of His purpose for redemption. The pleasure of God is found in the life and work of Christ, who was sent to accomplish the Father's will. Furthermore, it is noted in Colossians 1:19 that it pleased the Father that in Christ should all fullness dwell. This fullness encompasses grace, righteousness, mercy, and salvation, showing that God takes pleasure when His grace is realized in the lives of believers through faith in Jesus, leading to their empowerment and transformation.
