A prophet should possess God-given faith, a commitment to God's service, and a clear vision of His glory.

A true prophet must be characterized by God-given faith in Christ. They should be individuals who have seen the glory of God in the face of Jesus and who actively understand and apply God’s Word. Furthermore, a prophet is expected to exhibit a commitment to serving God's people faithfully, demonstrating compassion and authority in their preaching. They should also possess a deep understanding of the culture in which they live and adapt their message accordingly while remaining steadfast in their conviction of divine truth.
