What should Christians prioritize in their interactions with others?

Answered in 1 source

Christians should prioritize love and edifying others over their personal liberties.

In Romans 14, Paul underscores the idea that believers should not simply pursue their own liberties without regard for others. Instead, he instructs believers to focus on what is beneficial for their neighbors and prioritize the spiritual growth of those around them. This means being willing to forego personal freedoms for the sake of a weaker brother’s faith. The overarching principle is that love must guide all actions within the church, as it seeks the good of others and builds up the body of Christ. Any knowledge or freedom that leads to division or distress among believers should be reconsidered in light of their collective spiritual health.
