What should we do about idols in our lives?

Answered in 1 source

We must put away idols and confess our struggles to God in order to strengthen our relationship with Him.

Idolatry, as cautioned against in 1 Samuel 7:3, can take many forms in our lives today. Idols can be anything that distracts us from fully devoting ourselves to God. Recognizing and renouncing these idols is vital for spiritual health. It requires honesty and a willingness to confront what holds us back from a deeper relationship with God. By confessing these struggles and seeking God's help, we find strength in Him to overcome our weaknesses and clinging attachments.
