What should we do about those who do not preach the doctrine of Christ?

Answered in 1 source

We should not receive or support those who do not adhere to the doctrine of Christ, as they may lead others astray.

The Scripture instructs us to be vigilant regarding those who teach contrary to the doctrine of Christ. In 2 John 10-11, it advises, 'If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him Godspeed.' This directive emphasizes the seriousness of adhering to sound doctrine. Supporting or endorsing those who preach a distorted view of Christ makes us participants in their error. Therefore, it is the duty of the church to discern truth from falsehood and to protect the congregation from teachers who undermine the foundational truths of Christ's person and work.
