What should we do in light of God's abundant mercy?

Answered in 1 source

In response to God's abundant mercy, we are called to trust in Christ and live in obedience to His will.

Acknowledging God's abundant mercy should compel believers to respond with faith and obedience. Isaiah 50 invites us to fear God and heed the voice of His servant, Jesus Christ. Those who walk in darkness are encouraged to place their trust in the name of the Lord, who provides light and life. This trust requires acknowledging our need for mercy and recognizing our inability to save ourselves. By embracing Christ's sacrifice and living according to His word, believers can experience the fullness of grace and the hope that comes from a sincere relationship with Him. Living in obedience reflects our gratitude for the mercy successfully given to us.
