What should we do when we feel our faith is weak?

Answered in 1 source

When our faith feels weak, we should remember God's goodness and rely on His promises.

In moments when our faith appears weak, the best response is to actively remember God's past mercies and goodness. Psalm 31 provides an example of how David transitioned from despair to hope by recalling the Lord's faithfulness. Moreover, believers are encouraged to immerse themselves in the Word of God, as faith comes by hearing His promises. Engaging with scripture reminds us of God's character and His promises to us. Participation in communal worship and fellowship can also help us bolster our faith, as we share our struggles and victories with fellow believers. Ultimately, relying on God's assurances and recounting His faithfulness in our lives can serve as powerful catalysts to strengthen our waning faith.
