What should we do when we feel overwhelmed by life’s struggles?

Answered in 1 source

We should turn to Christ in prayer, seek His comfort, and remind ourselves of His promises.

In moments of overwhelming struggle, we are called to look to Christ for comfort. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages believers not to be anxious but to bring their requests to God in prayer, promising them peace that surpasses understanding. Additionally, we can find strength in remembering the words of Matthew 11:28, where Jesus invites those who labor and are heavy laden to come to Him for rest. Engaging in prayer, worship, and contemplation of God's word allows believers to reaffirm their trust in His sovereign care and love amidst life's storms.
