What should we remember during the Lord's Supper?

Answered in 2 sources

During the Lord's Supper, we should remember Christ's sacrifice, our prior state without Him, and the fellowship we share as believers.

The observance of the Lord's Supper calls us to remember several key aspects. First and foremost, we are to remember Christ and His sacrifice for our sins. Additionally, we should reflect on our previous condition—lost and without hope—and rejoice in the grace that has saved us. It is also a time to remember our fellow believers, as we partake together in unity as one body in Christ. Finally, it provides an opportunity to reflect thoughtfully on our commitments to God and to one another, fostering love and gratitude within the community of faith.
