What will people do in heaven?

Answered in 1 source

In heaven, believers will praise God, serve Him, and dwell with Christ, experiencing eternal joy and rest.

Heaven is characterized by the joyful and ceaseless worship of God. Revelation 7:10-12 describes how all in heaven will declare, 'Salvation belongs to our God,' recognizing His sovereignty in their salvation. Believers serve God day and night in His temple and rejoice in the eternal presence of Christ (Revelation 7:15). They will no longer experience hunger, thirst, or suffering, for the Lamb will provide for them fully (Revelation 7:16-17). Thus, the essence of heaven lies not in inactivity but in active worship and communion with the Lord, alongside the fulfillment of every spiritual longing.
