When should we bless the Lord?

Answered in 1 source

We should bless the Lord at all times, both in days of joy and during times of darkness and despair.

Psalm 134 reminds believers to bless the Lord not just during daylight but also by night, signifying worship in every circumstance. This encompasses times of joy as well as periods of gloom, such as struggles and uncertainties. By worshiping God in both good and difficult times, we acknowledge His sovereignty over our lives. This continuous act of blessing the Lord helps us maintain our focus on Him, regardless of our situations, thus deepening our faith and trust.
