Who can condemn those whom God has justified?

Answered in 1 source

No one can condemn those justified by God, because it is God Himself who justifies.

In Romans 8:33, Paul asks, 'Who shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.' This profound truth establishes that the believer's standing before God is secure. While believers may face accusations from others or even from Satan himself, these accusations cannot prevail because Christ has borne the penalty for their sins. Therefore, there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ. This firm assurance of our righteous standing encourages believers to live confidently, knowing their salvation is anchored in Christ’s finished work.
