Who gets the glory for our ministry?

Answered in 1 source

All glory for ministry belongs to God, as it is He who accomplishes His work through us.

In Romans 15:17, Paul expresses that any glory he has is not of his own doing but comes through Jesus Christ in relation to God. This underscores that all credit for the effectiveness of ministry belongs to God alone, as He is the one who works in and through His chosen servants. As 1 Corinthians 3:7 states, neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the increase. Therefore, our diligence in ministry should always point back to the grace of God that enables us, and our ultimate purpose in serving is to magnify Him and bring glory to His name. The focus of our efforts should never be on personal achievements, but rather on how God uses us as vessels to accomplish His eternal purpose.
