Who is without Christ according to the Bible?

Answered in 1 source

Anyone who has not heard the gospel or has not accepted Christ in faith is without Him.

The Scriptures reveal that those without Christ include individuals who have never heard the gospel (Romans 10:14). It also encompasses those who may be culturally familiar with Christ yet lack a personal relationship with Him. Simply knowing about Christ is insufficient; true faith involves a heart-level commitment that results in a transformed life. Moreover, the absence of the fruits of the Spirit in a professing Christian's life serves as a sign of being without Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). Therefore, anyone who does not entirely trust in Christ for salvation remains without hope and separated from God.
