Why do Christians need to flee to Christ constantly?

Answered in 1 source

Christians need to flee to Christ constantly for ongoing mercy, strength, and protection against spiritual dangers and temptations.

The need for Christians to continually flee to Christ arises from our daily struggles with sin, temptation, and the pressures of the world. Just as the manslayer had to seek refuge within the city, believers are called to abide in Christ and rely on Him for their daily sustenance, strength, and intercession. In times of trial or temptation, we must turn to Him, casting our cares upon Him because He cares for us. He is our strong tower and refuge, providing comfort amid life's challenges. The Apostle Peter reminds us to keep coming to Him, seeking His guidance and strength as we navigate the trials of life.
