Why does God deserve our worship?

Answered in 1 source

God deserves our worship because He is the Creator, sustainer, and sovereign Lord above all.

God’s worthiness of our worship stems from His role as the Creator and sustainer of all things. Psalm 95:3 acknowledges God's greatness, proclaiming, 'The Lord is a great God and a great King above all gods.' This declaration serves to remind us that all creation exists because of Him and, thus, He holds ultimate authority over everything. As Christians, we recognize that His nature is characterized by holiness, love, and grace, which compels us to worship. Worship is not merely a duty but a profound acknowledgment of who God is and what He has done for us, culminating in our salvation through Christ.
