Why does love endure all things?

Answered in 1 source

Love endures all things because it is grounded in God's steadfast character and is sustained by faith.

Love is often described as enduring all things because it reflects the unshakeable nature of God's love for His people. In 1 Corinthians 13:7, Paul states that love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things. This endurance is possible through the grace of God, who empowers believers to love even under difficult circumstances. Just as God’s love for us remains constant despite our failures, we are called to exhibit this same enduring love to others. It is the hope and assurance in God’s promises that allows love to persist, regardless of trials or challenges.
