Why doesn't God speak out loud anymore?

Answered in 1 source

God no longer speaks audibly because He has fully revealed Himself through Jesus Christ and His Word.

God's silence in terms of audible communication is purposeful; it signifies that He has completed His revelation in the person of Jesus Christ. As stated in Hebrews 1:1-2, 'God... hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son.' The written Word we possess, which comprises the Scriptures, is sufficient for faith and doctrine, rendering further verbal communication unnecessary. This is affirmed by the prophecy and the teachings of Christ, where all we need to know about salvation and godliness is found within His Word, emphasizing that it remains the primary way God speaks to His people today.
