Why is acknowledging our sin important for true peace?

Acknowledging our sin is the first step toward receiving true peace with God. In Judges 6, God reveals that the root of Israel's struggle was their unbelief and disobedience. By recognizing that we are the problem, not our circumstances or others, we are positioned to seek God for forgiveness and restoration.
