Why is Christ all important for Christians?

Answered in 1 source

Christ is the center of our faith, providing the foundation for salvation, obedience, and eternal life.

Christ's importance for Christians cannot be overstated, as He is described in Scripture as the source of all spiritual blessings and the foundation of our hope (Colossians 1:17). He is our Savior, Redeemer, and King, who delivers us from sin and reconciles us to God through His sacrifice. The fullness of righteousness, redemption, and peace with God is found in Him (Ephesians 1:3). Without Christ, there is no true hope or assurance of salvation. His role in our lives is comprehensive; He is involved in every aspect of our spiritual journey—from creation to sanctification and glorification. Christ being all enables us to live fully in the grace and truth of His Gospel.
