Why is Christ considered the ultimate gift?

Christ is considered the ultimate gift from God due to His pivotal role in our salvation. Scripture affirms that in Him, we find our righteousness, sanctification, wisdom, and redemption. As highlighted in the sermon, outside of Christ, we have no righteousness, as our own efforts amount to nothing but filth in God's eyes. It is through faith in Christ that we receive the comprehensive blessings of salvation, which are given freely to those who believe, thus underscoring the grace inherent in this divine gift from above.
