Why is committing our cause to God important?

In times of distress, as highlighted by Eliaphaz's advice to Job, we are encouraged to seek God and commit our causes to Him (Job 5:8). This act signifies not only our recognition of His authority but also our reliance on His wisdom and power to overcome our troubles. Committing our cause includes pouring out our hearts to Him, trusting that He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7).
