Why is community among Christians important?

The community of believers, or EKKLESIA, is crucial for Christians as it provides a space for fellowship, support, and mutual encouragement in faith. The New Testament emphasizes the importance of believers gathering together to uplift one another (Romans 1:10-13). This community is where accountability thrives, helping individuals grow in their walk with Christ and resist sin. Furthermore, participating in community life allows Christians to fulfill the commandment to love one another, strengthening bonds and collectively proclaiming the gospel.
