Why is community important for Christians in their spiritual race?

Answered in 1 source

Community is vital for Christians as it enables believers to support one another in their spiritual struggles.

In Hebrews 12, the call for Christians to encourage and strengthen one another is clear. Verse 12 urges believers to support those whose hands hang down and knees are feeble. The act of strengthening each other is not merely an encouragement but a biblical imperative. By lifting up one another, Christians fulfill the law of Christ, reflecting the unity of the body of Christ. Community helps believers to remain focused on the race set before them while providing the necessary support during times of weakness and fatigue.
