Why is community important for healing?

Answered in 1 source

Community provides support, accountability, and encouragement during the healing process.

The importance of community in healing cannot be overstated. Scripture encourages believers to gather, support, and bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). Heather’s experience at Grace Centers of Hope reveals how being surrounded by a community of faith was crucial for her recovery. It is in these relationships that we find fortitude, foster accountability, and experience the love of Christ in tangible ways. Our churches are designed to be places where we can share our struggles, rejoice in healing, and mutually encourage one another through life’s challenges.
