Why is enjoying God's creation important for Christians?

Answered in 1 source

Enjoying God's creation reflects gratitude for His gifts and acknowledges His sovereignty over all good things.

For Christians, enjoying God's creation is not merely about pleasure but about acknowledging God's providence and goodness. In Ecclesiastes 3:13, it states that every man should eat and drink and enjoy the good in their lives as these are gifts from God. While life is transient and does not provide lasting fulfillment, recognizing and appreciating the beauty and joy within it directs our hearts to thankfulness, enhancing our relationship with God. Embracing the good things of life can enrich our worship and serve as a reminder that God is the ultimate source of joy, leading us toward deeper gratitude and reliance on Him.
