Why is it important for Christians to gather regularly?

Gathering regularly is crucial for Christians as it allows us to fulfill our responsibility toward one another in the body of Christ. In 1 Thessalonians 5:11, we're instructed to encourage and build each other up, which is best done in community. Our priorities should reflect the value we place on these gatherings, as they not only provide support but also help in mortifying the desires of the flesh that may deter us from our higher calling. By coming together, we stand firm against worldly distractions and help each other grow in faith, hope, and love.
