Why is it important for Christians to invite others to their homes?

Answered in 1 source

Inviting others into our homes allows for gospel-centered conversations that can lead to spiritual growth and salvation.

As seen in Acts 16, Lydia invited Paul and Silas into her home after receiving the gospel. This act of hospitality reflects a desire to share the gospel and foster community among believers. When Christians gather in homes, opportunities arise for discussions about Christ, nurturing faith in both adults and children. It's through these informal gatherings that the gospel can be shared and understood more deeply, ultimately leading to the salvation of households. Thus, inviting others into our homes is a vital part of living out our faith actively.
