Why is it important for Christians to remember the love of Christ?

The love of Christ is a central tenet of the Christian faith, as it reflects the grace and mercy we receive from God. The Apostle Paul, in his letter to Timothy, exemplifies this by recalling his own experiences of affliction and the strength he drew from Christ's love. By recognizing that Christ loved us first, even while we were sinners (Romans 5:8), we find motivation to endure hardship without losing hope.
